Fadzlan has 20 years of experience in the power generation industry. Previously, he was the Head of Finance at TNB Power Generation with a portfolio of more than 14GW, inlcuding two large scale solar plants of 80MW. He is a Chartered Accountant of CPA (Australia) and Malaysian Institue of Accountant, and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from University of Tenaga Nasional, Malaysia.
Charmaine has been supporting TNB’s commercial efforts in the UK since April 2020. Previously she was Head of Corporate Development at Voxbone and Assistant Vice President at Khazanah (KL and London office). She holds BSc in Actuarial Science from London School of Economics.
Sharon is an HR leader and NED with a 30-year track record of relentless delivery across a significant number of sectors including Technology, Financial Services, FMCG, Critical National Infrastructure, and Defence. Sharon strives to help organisations to ensure their people are successful, recognising that we are all humans to be fulfilled rather than capital to be deployed. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Personnel & Development and previous winner of Personnel Today’s HIR Director of the Year Award.
Azean graduated from the University of Southern California in Electrical Engineering and holds an MBA from Universiti Tenaga Nasional-Melbourne Business School. She joined Tenaga in 2001 and gained most of her experience in TNB’s Distribution Network and Retail Businesses.
Her experience includes setting up new business ventures, go-to-market strategies for behind-the-meter customer solutions, procurement, stakeholder management, as well as the operations and maintenance of distribution high voltage network systems.
